For the cost of this service, you can rest assured that your domain name transaction will be processed smoothly and safely. All risks are eliminated for both the buyer and seller.

The total cost of this service for names under US $10,000 is just US $250 which is usually paid by the buyer.

Here's how the Escrow service works:

1) Both the buyer and seller provide us with a signed letter outlining all details of the proposed transaction they have both agreed on.

2) We do some cross confirmations with the buyer and seller and conduct various "Whois" data base searching and verification checks.

3) The buyer pays the full purchase price plus the escrow fee of US $250 directly into our trust bank account.
All monies are fully refundable should the transaction not proceed for any reason. However a service fee of $50 may be withheld if some work has already been undertaken with the transfer.

4) Our team work quickly and efficiently with the buyer, seller, and the domain name registrar, to properly effect the domain name transfer.

5) Once the transfer is successful through the registrar, ( as verified by the new owners details appearing on a Network Solutions WHOIS search ), the purchase funds are released to the seller.
